March 20, 2001 - She won't be on the bottom for long!

March 20, 2001 - Its been two days and she's already showing signs of being ready to ascend in the hierarchy. Joxer has no idea what's in store for him.

April 1, 2001 - I've never had a dog as tolerant of roughness as Joxer is. He lets Lola chew hard enough to break the skin sometimes and I worry that she'll never learn real bite inhibition.

April 5, 2001 - Early on, not knowing how tough she is, Joxer was extremely gentle with Lola. She has not been so kind to him, however.

April 5, 2001 - Sniveling, snarling mass of canine terror...

April 10, 2001 - After you kill the pitbull, you eat him.

April 21, 2001 - Two dogs on the same tug can be an invitation to a dogfight unless you know one of them will back down. Lola, even at this age, will not be that dog... Joxer is a gentleman, thank goodness!

April 29, 2001 - I'm thinking of changing her name to Land Shark...
